...to do better with blogging. Wow, look at the slack here. Usually no news is good news. Seems that is the rule of thumb. Post before last was in July when I was served with papers on the accident from last Fall. Well right before Christmas, it settled. I think he got almost $25,000 or so....enough for his medical expenses and any time lost from work. In other words, no extras from him, just enough to cover his expenses. Fair enough. Now that trial can be put behind me. Jimmy is well, had him over both on Christmas Day and again yesterday for church. He enjoyed his time with Joni and the family when they got him literally the night of the blizzard we had. Think he was brought back sometime Sunday. Bless them and driving out in all that. Jimmy's neighborhood was still a hot mess on Christmas Day! LOL! No plows in PG County, what? :-p
The boys are doing great, loving the winter break. They got DSs for Christmas from "Santa". He was a bargain shopper this year....I gotta hand it to the fella. ;-) Rick...oh my goodness...I'm still in shock. He went and got him and myself some Acer Netbooks!!! I believe he got them online on Thanksgiving (one for me and one for him for his job). Poor guy couldn't even play with his new toy for a month. LOLOLOL So now I will have a computer the next time I'm laid up in a hospital....which...WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN, YA HEAR? LOL ;-)
